These visitor stalls are paid by night - similar to the suite you rented. You will select your check-in or arrival day - and may park as of 12pm on this day, and your check-out or departure day - and may park until 11am on this day. All payments are completed via this website with your credit card.

Parking in these stalls is only for Marketplace Lodge guests, owners, and tenants. You must be staying within the lodge to book these stalls. These stalls are within the Marketplace Lodge underground, and access to this underground parkade is by fob access only. Fobs are obtained from the owner/rental manager/host you're renting your Marketplace Lodge suite from.

You must park within the lines - not on the line, if your vehicle does not fit within the lines - you may not park there and must park elsewhere at your expense without refund of your rental rate.

Parking is self monitored, and there is a tow contract in place with Cooper's Towing. If you have parked and have not paid, or are parked in the incorrect stall, or have parked on or over the line - the person who has paid to use the stall you are encumbering on is authorized to call Cooper's Towing to have your vehicle towed at your expense.

Park at your own risk. You remain responsible for your vehicle and it's contents at all times while it is parked in the stalls. By booking our parking - you hereby acknowledge that the Marketplace Lodge strata corporation is not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents.

Vehicles must be turned off while they are in the stall, and not left to idle.

Vehicles must be both registered and insured.

Please obey posted speed limits while within the parkade, and remember - pedestrians have the right of way.
